Built in 1926 as a warehouse, the Lancaster Lofts at 1324 E. Lancaster Ave., is a brick and masonry structure. The only true loft development in Fort Worth that offers units carved out of a historic warehouse with all the masonry, brick, old pipes, exposed plumbing and old concrete floors visible.
